Overview



The Estates of West River Valley is a new single-family home community by Royal Pine Homes currently under construction at Gold Bottom Crescent, Brampton. The community is scheduled for completion in Spring 2025. Available units range in price from $2,099,900 to $3,729,900. Sizes range from 3,430 to 6,580 square feet.
