Square One District Condos is a new condo development by Daniels & Oxford Properties currently in pre-construction at 4220 Living Arts Drive, Mississauga ON. will have a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed & 3-bed units. Square One District Condos is located at the major intersection of Confederation Pkwy & Rathburn Rd W Mississauga minutes from Square One Shopping Centre. The first phase will begin this summer with the start of construction of two new residential towers at the Southeast corner of Rathburn Road and Confederation Parkway.


The 36 and 48-storey towers, which are being built in partnership with the Daniels Corporation, will consist of 575 condominium suites.


An additional 5,000 residential units will then be constructed over the next five to seven years. Developer Oxford Properties & Daniels Corp released its plans for a 130-acre parcel of land surrounding the popular shopping destination calling it the “largest mixed-use downtown development in Canadian history. The plan features 37 high-rise towers with more than 18,000 residential units, half of which would be rental apartments.
